Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Holding multiple license’s in the construction and restoration industry i take pride in finding the answers and solutions to our industry’s biggest hurdles. with over 15,000 completed projects navigating for the correct answers and seeking the knowledge to put our customers in the best position to win has led me to obtaining state licenses in multiple states including Illinois, Georgia, and Colorado, A HAAG certification, becoming a member of the NRCA and Reaching the master Elite status with our shingle manufacture GAF. Giving back to the community and offering opportunity has always been very important to me. Providing a diverse and safe work environment where people can grow and feel comfortable is a core value of mine. As an individual and company we have volunteered our time and resources to multiple charity groups such as Save my starving children, Habitat for humanity and the Batavia Women’s club. Chief Construction Officer (CCO) Responsible for coordinating & overseeing the construction of properties, ordering materials, creating build schedules and working with various trades until completion of project. Supervising & managing the production departments staff. Ensuring each job is built to satisfaction & resolving any issues that may arise. Negotiating & reviewing our costs. Creating, maintaining & developing relations with all of our national suppliers & construction crews.

Cheif Accounting Officer (CAO)
Cheif Accounting Officer (CAO) In charge of the entire accounting department. Overseeing accounting & administrative staff. Making sure that their staff follow procedures & adhere to various regulatory rules and regulations. Oversee payroll and budgeting processes to ensure the flow of operations. Oversee internal/external audits & make recommendations to improve processes. Close oversight on our procedures, all accounting procedures, practices, & bookkeeping.
