Responsibilities

  • Canvas areas/territories for storm damage (storm maps/territories provided)
  • Exterior property inspections (residential & commercial)
  • Photograph, document, and illustrate the damages
  • Assist homeowners throughout the entire insurance claim process
  • Build rapport and trust with customers
  • Use in-house CRM to organize and maintain leads and customers
  • Achieve daily and weekly quota of inspections/claims filed/contracts signed
  • Maintain constant communication with sales leadership and homeowners
  • Work with our office support to maximize potential and overcome difficulties
  • Adapt and thrive on change while remaining optimistic and willing to learn
  • To articulate and speak with a professional manner while working
  • Always help promote and maintain a positive brand for the company

Experience Requirements

  • Drive to individually compete, while still being a team player
  • Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment
  • Ability to manage and set your own schedule
  • Ability to “cold-approach” property owners and offer them our services
  • Overcoming obstacles with difficult situations or customer’s rejections
  • Manage and maintain positive relationship with customer through life of the job.
  • Explain the features and warranties of the materials we offer
  • Track record of achievement regardless of previous industry
  • Must have a working smartphone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures
  • Basic computer and phone application knowledge
  • Must be 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Must have a valid driver’s license (Any State applicable)
