C&N Limited Lifetime Warkmanship Warranty

Please note that if a material warranty is not included in the contract, please contact our office for further information. All warranties are issued by C&N Construction Inc. once a job is paid in full. C&N Construction Inc. guarantees that all original workmanship for the work performed in connection with the contract number listed below, was done in a professional and workmanship like manner and adhered to manufacturer’s recommended installation procedures. The warranty is non-prorated and non-transferable. If a workmanship concern arises, documentation including photographs must be submitted before a representative can come out to the property or a $75.00 deposit must be paid before coming out to inspect the potential issue. If the issue was a result of the C&N installation, the deposit will be refunded.

GAF Limited Warranty Options

GAF Accessories covered under this limited warranty include: GAF Ridge Cap Shingles, GAF Starter Strip Shingles, GAF Leak Barrier Products, GAF Roof Deck Protection Products, and GAF Cobra Ventilation Products. This limited warranty does not cover low-slope membranes, Master Flow Ventilation Products, or ShingleMatch Roof Accessory Paint. Velux Skylights Warranty

VELUX Skylights & Roof Windows

CertainTeed warrants that its Vinyl Siding Products will resist damage caused by hail, subject to certain limitations. In addition, the warranty provides protection against excess fading beyond normal weathering. To report any warranty claims, property owners must notify CertainTeed in writing and provide proof of property ownership and the date of purchase and installation of the Vinyl Siding Products. Proper maintenance and care of the siding products are required to ensure the longevity of the product.
