Our vinyl siding products come with a lifetime limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is non-prorated and transferable for single-family homes only, while other structures and property owners are covered by a prorated 50-year warranty. CertainTeed warrants that its Vinyl Siding Products will resist damage caused by hail, subject to certain limitations. In addition, the warranty protects against excess fading beyond normal weathering. To report any warranty claims, property owners must notify CertainTeed in writing and provide proof of property ownership and the date of purchase and installation of the Vinyl Siding Products. Proper maintenance and care of the siding products are required to ensure the longevity of the product.
