Please note that if a material warranty is not included in the contract, please contact our office for further information. All warranties are issued by C&N Construction Inc. once a job is paid in full. C&N Construction Inc. guarantees that all the original workmanship for the work performed in connection with the job number listed below, was done in a professional and proper craftsmanship manner adhering to manufacturer's recommended installation procedure and guidelines.

C&N Construction Inc. warrants to you, the purchaser, that the products we install on or in your property will be free of defects due to faulty workmanship.

Our workmanship warranty is non-prorated and non-transferable to subsequent owners of the property, and is valid for 2 years from the date of completion.

If a service issue arises, a description of the issue and pictures of the area must be submitted to our monitored email at: service@cnroofs.com If you call in to the office 844-415-7663 OPT 6, please email your pictures in advance, to better assist you during the call.

If after two years, a service issue arises, C&N requires a $150 service fee to come out and inspect the problematic area. If the problem is a C&N workmanship related issue, you will be refunded the $150 and we will address the issue. If the problem is not C&N workmanship related we will retain the $150.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

1. Defects caused by intentional misuse, negligent care or an Act of God.
2.  Reasonable and necessary maintenance and service recommended by the
   manufacturer. Including but not limited to: caulking, sealing or problems arising
   from unrelated conditions.
3. Natural wear and tear of the materials.
