We hired them to replace our roof, gutters, and downspouts after insurance-related damage. While the original start date of October 10 was delayed until November 12, which caused some stress due to an upcoming vacation, the actual construction phase was handled extremely well. Once the project began, the roofing crew arrived early and completed the entire roof installation in a single day. They were professional, organized, and clearly experienced. The workmanship was outstanding, and the job was completed efficiently. The following day, the gutter and downspout installation was completed. Couldn't be happier with C&N
I picked up Mike Rowlett's card and gave a call to have a roof inspection done. We had hail months before and I feared damage. Mike came out, did an inspection and handled all of the insurance and permit process. The crew that put up the roof was quick, efficient and professional. The gutter crew worked fast and had the gutters up looking good in no time at all. We are very happy with the work that C&N did for us. We had hail damage to our Cedar Shake roof and the C&N team did an awesome job of evaluating the roof damage, working with my insurance company, pushing them for full replacement when the Ins Co. wanted to only do partial...and then ended up getting all gutters and downspouts replaced as well. They were extremely helpful, polite, timely, professional, and did a great job....looks awesome and all my neighbors are now jealous and calling C&N. Thanks!

Beautiful, Restored Roof
Approximately one year ago a hail storm rolled through the north western suburbs, and our roof was severely damaged. I contacted my insurance company and had a difficult time securing any monetary help. By chance I contacted C&N Construction and they said they would take a look at the roof. They sent a young man out (John Vasilopoulos) to survey the roof. Before going up on the roof he spent some time talking to me about the process of securing payment from the insurance company through the installation of the new roof. John worked tirelessly and on three separate occasions he was up on the roof with insurance inspectors. In the end, John was able to secure a payment from the insurance company to pay for the entire roof. I can without hesitation recommend John and C&N Construction to anyone who is trying to replace their roof. You will find John to a be very personable and professional young man. He clearly explains the process from beginning all the way through the installation of the new roof. The entire job was done in an orderly fashion, and completed on time. Through the entire process, John is only a phone call away and will answer any questions you have concerning the job.

C&N Roofing was recommended by a neighbor who used them 10 years ago was on site the day of the "microburst" aka tornado. What a huge relief discover this company and the connections they had to our town. After talking to the representative - Matt and agreeing to work with C&N we then did our research and was please further. I was comforted that they would take care of us and they did! One week after the city provided the permit to do the work (2 weeks post storm) C&N Construction was here to do the work. C&N Construction was in contact from day 1 of storm to final completion of work. We were able to share the good word of this company with our neighbors as well and we are all assured of the quality this company provides. Our roof never looked better
Our specialist Gil did a superb job in coordinating and dealing with our insurance claims adjuster. We had no contact with the insurance company, Gil handled everything. The work was excellent. Our roof was completed in one day for over 30 square in size. Clean up amazing, very happy with the results. Our roof never looked better and we owe it all to C&N. Would recommend C&N anytime.
