Damian was our initial point of contact — he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with navigating insurance and the appraisal. His guidance made everything so much smoother and less stressful. Once the project moved forward, we worked with Matthew, our general contractor. He ensured everything was organized, on time, and completed to a high standard. The crew was efficient, respectful of our property, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. I’m so excited about working with your company. Donte Dacres provided outstanding service. He made the call to my insurance company with TOTAL professionalism. After everything was setup I couldn’t be more excited about hiring your company to repair my roofing. He set a high standard and I feel confident about the great job ahead. Couldn't Be Happier In The End
We had hail damage in early May. Contractors swamped our subdivision and I picked C&N because I did a quick internet check. The first C&N employee was nice but seemed maybe a bit inexperienced. My insurance company said they would not cover my whole roof when all my neighbors houses were being re-roofed. Then C&N assigned a new employee to my case and he took charge and demanded a second insurance apprasial and BINGO! my re-roof was approved. In March they re-roofed and replaced gutters and everything looks new again. We highly recommend C&N to anyone.
